GENERAL

All orders are accepted by The Whitstable Pickle Co. are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

Orders can be sent by telephone, by email, by post or via the website.

All items subject to availability, an equivalent alternative will be sent in its place.

DELIVERY

Orders will usually be despatched within 24 hours of receipt, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If you require express delivery please request via email and we will endeavour to ensure this takes place. Parcels will require a signature on delivery, our couriers only deliver during working hours so if you cannot be available to accept a parcel, please provide an alternative delivery address.

The delivery charge is set at £ 4.99 for all orders up to 20 jars for orders in excess of 20 jars postage will be free for UK mainland addresses (with the exception of Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands of Scotland and any other UK non mainland destinations).

Any claims for non delivery, shortages or breakages must be made within two days of delivery.

RETURNS

We will accept any goods returned unopened and undamaged for a full refund.

FAULTS

In the unlikely event that you have a fault with any of our products please contact the office on 01227 771093 immediately. Retain the jar or item and make a note of the batch number - all our products are handmade and may differ slightly from batch to batch.

PAYMENT

Payment is by cheque or credit card basis with order, by phone, email, post or web site. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

RESERVATION OF TITLE

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not divulge any information received to any third party. We are registered with the Data Protection Agency under the Data Protection Act of 1998, which we are fully compliant with.
